Why Termite Inspection Melbourne?

Termites are the one home problem that gets more expensive the longer it stays hidden, and Melbourne's Inner West gives them everything they need: century-old timber, moist clay, mature trees and subfloors nobody looks into. We exist to look into them.

We are a specialist termite service, not a general pest company that also does termites. Inspections follow AS 3660.2 and AS 4349.3, our inspectors hold the licensing Victoria requires for pest management, and every report is written to be understood the first time you read it.

We look properly

Under the floor, in the roof, along every skirting. An inspection is only as good as the areas it actually reaches.

We write it down

Photos, findings, limitations and next steps in plain English, so a builder, conveyancer or insurer can act on it.

We recommend only what fits

Treatment, barrier or baiting is chosen from what the findings and the building call for, not from a package list.

We know the west

Weatherboards on stumps, basalt clay, river flats and old fences. The Inner West has its own patterns and we inspect for them.

Built for the Inner West

Generic termite advice is written for brick homes on sandy soil in the outer suburbs. The Inner West is not that. Here the typical property is a Victorian or Edwardian weatherboard on timber stumps, extended two or three times, with a bathroom that has leaked at some point and a fence whose posts sit straight in the clay.
